Call for Content

We are delighted to open the call for content for European Collaboration Summit 2025!

Hey speakers, we are awaiting you at the 12h edition of the European Collaboration Summit in Düsseldorf, Germany – 26-28 May 2025.

The call for content is open until Wednesday, October 16th 2024.

All session proposals need to be written in English, and if your session is selected, it will also need to be delivered in English. All sessions will have a duration of 50 minutes.

Please note our four focus topics for this year. Your chances of getting selected are much higher if your sessions fit into one of those topics.

  • M365 Security, Compliance, Governance
  • Microsoft Teams – Collaboration, Voice, Development
  • Copilot and AI – Microsoft Copilot(s), Artificial Intelligence, Open AI
  • Viva and SharePoint – Adoption, Development, Governance and Migration

Content will be chosen by our awesome, magnificent, and unique content team: Vesa, Martina, Thomas, Eric, and Mustafa. (Find out more)

We are using run.events platform for managing the conference, including content. As such, you will need to first create your account and profile if you don’t yet have one. Please ensure that all the key fields are complete, including your profile image. Once that is complete the system will lead you through the submission process.

You will receive notification of selection or otherwise on or before Tuesday, December 17th 2024.

If your session(s) are selected, we will ask you to confirm participation in order to make the necessary arrangements for scheduling etc. For selected speakers, CollabSummit will cover two hotel nights or re-imburse up to €350 towards your accommodation, and speakers will be invited to the speaker & sponsor appreciation dinner on 26 May.

As a community run conference, we, unfortunately, do not have financial means to cover your travel costs.

The speaker interest in this event is extremely high, we recommend you submit your content ideas early. It is also strongly recommended that you do not only submit one session. If you do only submit one session, your chances of selection are very slim. You can find other tips and tricks for good submissions over at How to land a speaking gig at a [good] conference. Please avoid trying to circumvent the selection process by directly contacting the organizers unless you have specific logistical questions.

We look forward to your submissions!
